NATURAL BUNCH OF TENDER COCONUT:When Tender Coconut is harvested, this will reach factory within few hours. Tender Coconut is cut by using protected sterilized stainless steel cutters. Tender coconut water collected is filled in plastic bottles in sterile condition. After filling the bottle, it is heat retorted for sterilization process. Finally filled bottle is stacked for one week in shelf for observing leaking problem, product quality problem if any to check. Lab test is conducted in every batch. Our quality inspectors send filled bottle for affixing shrink sleeve and final sealing is done for the purpose of dispatch, contents & specification of microbiological analysis is given hereunder.
