Shrikhand is a traditional and fermented dairy dessert of India. It is more famous in western states of the country Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, and Karnataka. Shrikhand is prepared from whole skimmed milk chakka. Chakka is a strained yogurt (strained using a muslin cloth). Whey content from yogurt is removed through the straining process. Later, milk fat, sugar & other colouring & flavouring agents are added. Generally saffron and dry fruits, fruits, nuts are added to Shrikhand to give more texture and colour to it. Amrakhand is another variation in which the mango pulp is added to the strained yogurt. It is an excellent source of protein, calcium, Phosphorus, potassium. It also contains significant quantities of general vitamins. According to the BIS standard, the protein content in Shrikhand must be minimum 10.5%. The regular dahi has protein content of minimum 3.5%.

This is the first step in Aloe processing. The leaves are washed with anti-microbial solution to remove the dirt and bacteria on the surface. After that, culling and trimming for the leaves take place. Later, the rind is removed and filleting is done. In this, the base and tip of the leaf is removed and the inner surface is cleaned in flowing water

The Aseptic Filling machine is used to fill sterilized product like Milk, Flavoured Milk, Drinking Yoghurt, Juices, etc., in pouches pillow brick for long shelf life of 30-180 days at ambient temperatures.In conventional method pasteurized milk is packed and stored under refrigerated conditions before consumption which has shelf life of 3-4 days.With Aseptic Plastic Pouch Filling machine, sterilized product is filled at ambient temperature under aseptic condition at 25C 30C in plastic pouches of 35 layers coextruded film. This gives shelf life of 30-45 days for a 3 layer film and 60-90 days for a 5 layer film. The product can be kept under normal room temperature and requires no cold transport and storage.

Necessary CIP system automatic Semi Automatic manual (Trolley Based) is provided to clean the equipments after the completion of the process. The CIP system consists of acid, caustic, hot water tanks, transfer pumps, PHETHE for maintaining required temperatures and interconnecting pipes and fittings. The cycle of the CIP system is arranged as per the process requirement & production schedule.

The UHT sterilization is the process of heating the product up to 138-140C to reduce microbes or reach the commercial aseptic level, thus increasing the shelf life by 30-150 days. The product is then filled in aseptic condition into flexible plastic pouches.The UHT sterilizer is made of Tubular Pasteuriser which consists of multiple stacks of tube in tube structure. The benefits offered by UHT Sterilization are that the original flavour, texture and nutrient contents are preserved because of rapid heating and cooling.

GOMA provides complete range of glycerin-filled pressure gauges specially designed for high pressure applications. Glycerin absorbs the vibration and pressure spikes. The dampening action of the glycerin enables the operator to take reading during conditions of rapid dynamic loading and vibration. The liquid lubricates all moving elements, dramatically reducing wear in the movement. Because most liquid-filled gauges are filled with non-aqueous liquid and hermetically sealed, they perform in corrosive environments and are immune to moisture penetration and icing. These gauges are easy to read, face sizes from 2-12 to 6 and pressures up to 60000 psi
