We provide Wooden Block Boards of two different grades: MR Grade and BWP Grade. We are a licensee of Bureau of Indian Standards and offer Block Boards with ISI mark under Code No: IS :1659. Our MR grade Block Boards are manufactured in solid core construction with wood strips laid edge to edge hot pressed between cross band and face veneers using specified resins. Thoroughly kiln seasoned timber with dryer dried veneers are used to ensure perfect bonding and high dimensional stability with high screw holding capacity. Face finish is either commercial or decorative well matched teak face (one side or both faced) available in standard thickness 16mm/19mm/25mm/30mm and standard sizes. MR grade Block Boards are ideal for use in woodworking for furniture making, partitions, fixed furnishings, wardrobes, loose furniture for homes, offices, business centers, hotels etc. Our BWP grade Block Boards are made using Phenol Formaldehyde resin and has all the superior qualities that are inherent in Phenol as a resin. BWP grade Block Boards do not twist in wood working. BWP grade Block Boards are weather proof and micro-organism resistant. Block Boards are manufactured in general conformity to BIS: 1659. BWP grade Block Boards are ideal for furniture-making, cupboard, shelves, partitions. BWP grade block boards are available in standard thickness 16mm/19mm/25mm/30mm and standard sizes.

We manufacture Plywood of two different grades. We are a licensee of Bureau of Indian Standards and offer Plywood (for general purpose) with ISI mark under Code No: IS: 303. Our MR grade Plywood is manufactured in a fully automated plant with hot pressing facility with dryer dried cross band and face veneers using specified resins. Customer convenience, purpose of application and customer-budget are the deciding factors for choice. MR Grade Plywood is widely used in making furniture, wardrobes, partitions, ceilings, Panel doors, theatres/auditoriums etc. MR Grade Plywood is made in general conformity to BIS: 303. Attributes

Our BWR Grade Plywood is manufactured using 100% genuine Phenol Formaldehyde Resin which is the main ingredient in imparting the BWR grading to the eventual product. It is pressed in a Hot Press machine at temperatures in the range of 150o C. Our BWR Grade Plywood is the ideal choice for interior and exterior applications that include kitchens, bathrooms, balconies and other moisture and heat laden atmospheres. BWR Grade Plywood also goes through a chemical bath which gives it an in built armored resistance to fungi and wood. Attributes

Wooden Panel Doors are manufactured with a timber frame of given thickness on its periphery and supported with proper panel inserts in the middle. Our Panel Doors are manufactured in fully equipped and automatic plant. Timbers used in the manufacture of frame i.e. stiles and rails are thoroughly kiln seasoned to desired moisture contents as per I.S. 1141 / 1973 and I.S.287. This prevents extraordinary dimensional changes. Chemical treatment is also done to increase the life of these Wooden Panel Doors and provide fortified resistance against insects, borers etc. Availability
