Fast-360 is a single wide and single circumference press, it has box type side frames. Multi web capability on 4-hi tower. Ink fountain rollers and water fountain rollers are individually driven, leading to high quality printing. the dampening system is designed to continuously feed water. Fine uniform water film that is formed on the plate surface achieves accurate re-production of dots as well proper level of solid density. the standard press comes with brush dampening, spray dampening is optional. All printing cylinderrollers are dynamically balanced to very high precision. full bearer contact==================== bearer to bearer press design holds plates and blanket cylinders in solid positioning, eliminating machines vibration, providing excellent control in printing quality and guaranteed performance. tool less lock up================= plate lock up is elegantly simple and secures the plates firmly in proper position with head and tail register pins. Tightening of the plate lock up is not necessary. This results in substanatial reduction of time for mounting & removal of printing plates. narrow gap blanket lock up device optional==========================================-= the optional narrow gap reel rod blanket lock up gives greater printing area. The blanket is locked using a rotating reel rod.
