We specialize in complete turnkey project executions for Gas based power plant up to 50 MW along with Heat Recovery & Power Conditioning Solutions. We have already commissioned our natural gas gensets / gas generators all over India, with complete turnkey projects which are performing satisfactorily. Now we are serving our valuable customers round the clock with a strong team of over 500 technical and service engineers, specialized in power generation industry and through complete O & M contracts of the power plant. Majority of these projects are co-generation based captive power plants with chilling / air-conditioning / hot water recovery from engine jacket water heat and steam from the heat of engine exhaust gases. At present we are having 350 Nos. of installations all over India with a capacity of more than 450 MWe. of MWM machines. MWM GmbH (formerly Deutz power systems) in Mannheim, Germany, has been one of the world's leading system providers of highly efficient and environmentally friendly complete plants for decentralized energy supply with gas and diesel engines. The company stands for the reliable, uninterrupted provision of electricity, heat, and cooling at all times and at any location. We are packaging sub 625 KVA Gas Gensets in RTU format using R Schmitt Enertec / MAN / Liebherr make gas engines and Leroy Somer / Stamford make alternators. These Gas gensets are Suitable for Natural gas and other special gases including Biogas and are designed for continuous operations. These gas gensets are marketed as E2P (gensets ranging from 10 KWe -100 KWe) and E2P PLUS (gensets ranging from 130 KWe – 500 KWe). GPI manufactures H2S Scrubbing System in collaboration with IISc. Bengaluru under technology transfer tie-up for bio gas cleaning systems for better utilization of biogas in power generation and other applications. Apart from all the above we (GPI) has introduced a new business line offering Uninterrupted & infinite Power back with Diesel Rotary UPS (DRUPS) from one of the works leading DRUPS manufacturer M/s Euro Diesel of Belgium with Product Brand name as NO Break KS. This product not only offers uninterrupted & infinite power but also does the Power Conditioning of the Grid Supply by correcting the Voltage, Improving the Power Factor, filters Harmonics & eliminates the micro cuts. EURO-DIESEL has more than 600 NO-BREAK KS® working systems all over the world, securing over 700,000kVA worth of electrical power. Main business activity consists of providing quality power solution and securing the critical power supply of businesses and institutions by the means of an avant-garde Diesel Rotary UPS system. Few customers in India are already using the NO Break KS from Euro Diesel.
