AG230 is a Laskin nozzle aerosol generator, which produce a sub polydispersed oil mist aerosol in concentrations from 10 to 100 micrograms per liter (ug/l) at air flows from 50 to 8, 100 cfm @ 20 psig.
Both the AG230 and the AG230 Lite feature several improvements including rugged stainless steel construction, large fill port, individual nozzle control, and a 3" standard sanitary fitting outlet. An optional hose adapter, part # 9300100, is available introducing the aerosol into positive pressure systems. Aerosol generators and photometers are used to integrity test or locate leaks in high efficiency air filtration systems. With proper generator and photometer combination, filter deficiencies such as pinholes, thin spots, gasket leaks, frame leaks or seal problems can be quickly and quantifiably pinpointed and corrected thus protecting product and personnel
User friendly interface3.5” LCD display, menu driven interface. Aerosol measurements, real time concentration and pump sampling rates are prominently displayed for easy viewing. System parameters and selections such as alarm types, alarm set points and aerosol reagent are shown on the lower menu bar, while icons at the top of the screen give the status of connection, alarm type, reporting mode.
