Our Products
Stainless Steel Hollow Bushing / Hollow Baris normally produced on an extrusion press by the same method as hot extruded seamless Pipe and tube.
We offer our clients with stainless steel hollow bars and hollow bushings which are hot finished, fully softened and descaled. These stainless steel hollow bars and hollow bushings are available in various sizes of 32mm OD - 250mm OD & INSIDE DIAMETER as per the requirements of the clients.
The function of theButtweld Elbow / Bendsis to change direction of flow in a piping system
Butt Weld Elbows are split into 3 groups, which define the distance over which they change direction, which is expressed as a function of the distance from the centre line of one end to the opposite face. this is known as the centre to face distance and is equivalent to the radius through which the elbow is Bent.
Technical Points :
Most of the people do not know where to measure the thickness of this Elbows & Bends they check the thickness at the bevelled ends which is not the correct way . Engineers working under Oil & Gas sector and under third party inspection agency like EIL, DNV, BV etc have the correct knowledge of measuring the wall thickness which is measured at the back of the elbows/bends by ultrasonic thickness gauge instrument. The People buying the quality products and less concerned about the prices will definitely go with the measuring at the back of the elbow and others who are very much price conscious will not understand this part.
Most Traders and other traders who represent themselves as manufacturer of fittings & flanges will not know this . Secondly as per ASME/ANSI B16.9 the Radius of an elbow from 15NB - 25NB is 38mm, But they will supply 15NB Elbow Radius 19mm & 20NB Elbow Radius 29mm which is not as per standard.
As on today we try to make our customer know about such thing and try to convince them but if he is willing to accept less thickness at the back then we take such types of orders.
The function of both types ofbuttweld eccentric & concentric reducersis to reduce the line from a larger to a smaller pipe size, this obviously results in an increased flow to the larger end enabling it to line up with one side of the inlet and not with the other.
The concentric reducer is so manufactured that both inlet & outlet ends are on a common centre line. The concentric type is easier and less expensive to produce but does not allow quite the same versatility as the eccentric reducer.

The function of abuttweld reducing teeis to permit flow at 90 degree to the main direction of flow. The main flow passes through the run whilst the 90 degree outlet is known as the branch. The equal tee is manufactured with all three outlets being the same size. The buttweld reducing tees are manufactured with the branch outlet smaller than the run to obtain the desired flow and pressure through the system.

Lap joint stub endsare associated slip on flange in a piping system allows quick disconnection of the particular section involved. Stub ends are installed in pairs and mated together with two lap joint flanges. The surface of the lap joint stub end has a phonographic serrated gasket surface which prevents leakage at the joint. Using stub ends allows sections of the line to be opened for cleaning, inspection or quick replacement etc, without the need to re-weld. There lap joints stub ends are two basic types of stub end, A.S.A. long barrel, and M.S.S. short barrel. Under certain design criteria such as temperature or pressure etc., it is not acceptable to have the joint between stub end and pipe in close proximity with the flange joint; in these applications A.S.A. types are used.
Our organization is engaged in offering a wide range ofForged Couplingto our clients. These forged couplings cater to the requirements of automotive, paper & print and allied engineering industries and are offered in various grades & sizes to our clients. We utilize quality steel to manufacture our range of forged couplings to make these resistant to corrosion.

orged 90 Deg Elbowthat we offer are quick-connect pipe fittings that are used to route water lines or fluid transfer, which are laid in confined areas. The angular bent of these forged 90 deg elbows offers easy fixation of both the pipes. Our 90 Deg Elbow ends are threaded and ensure easy installation & a leak proof connection.
