This machine is fitted with heavy duty bearing to take up the thrust load and light running of the machine.The parts subject to wear and tear are hardened and tempered. The gears are having cross cut teeth for noiseless running. Loose jam pulleys have been fitted with ball bearing. The machine has been so designed that the main shaft can be taken out without disturbing the gear arrangement thus saving the time at the time replacing the worn out worms.

DESIGN The tow stands have been replaced by a steel fabricated structure. This ensures better alignment of the machine and the vibrations are reduced to a minimum. Oil collecting arrangement has also been incorporated in this structure thus avoiding the addition of an extra oil Tank. The End body and Cone body have been integrated to form a single joint body as on the gear box side. The joint body is cast, machined and bored in one settings and thus giving perfect alignment. The chances of variations in thickness of cake are reduced to a minimum. GEAR-BOX The gear box has been redesigned by making it extra heavy and splitting in two pieces. The intermediated gear set has also been fitted in side this gear box. Thus the gears are totally enclosed inside the joint body and the gear box . This reduces the noise in the machine and increase the life of the gears, changing of gears and pinions has also become a easier in this design. The male-female fitting in the two parts of gear box ensures perfect alignment. KETTLE The design of cooking kettle has also been changed for better cooking of the seed. The kettle shaft is drived with a pair of V-belt with special tightening arrangement. The prevents suppage of V-belts and this increases its life. The reduction gear to run the kettle has also been provided with an oil bath to increase its life. Heavy duty camber of 25mm thick plate is fitted with heavy duty frame bars and allen bolts from proper crushing of the seed. Water cooled chamber to get more pungency in the oil can also provided on demands. The Design of the kettle has also been changed. The kettle shaft is derived with v-belt & special tightening arrangement. The reduction gear to run the kettle has also been provided with an oil bath to increase its life. Round steam kettle can also be provided at extra cost for proper cooking of the seeds.
