The WD4 , WD6 and WD10 PASS drawing machines are designed for drawing gold and silver wire.

The drawing process takes place through a series of drawplates with calibrated holes that decreasing by 0.1 mm in diameter

This drawing machine comes with interchangeable steel reel winders for winding the drawn wire. The machine frame has a cast iron support, a metal base, and a heavy duty cast iron drawing roller. The winding reel has a plate-type clutch with ring gear and adjustable ring nut on the transmission that permits gradual start-up of the machine to prevent the wire from breaking. All of the transmission parts are mounted on bearings and have oil bath lubrication and a special filter applied to the scavenge pipe to permit recovery of metal filings. The machine also has safety guards and devices.

This is a heavy duty motorized Jewellery rolling mill for breaking down gold and silver production. Designed for small as well as large size jewellery workshop.

The machines opts out with two head and single head models, and provides customized Wire and Sheets Rolls for Chain and Bangles Production. In addition to this company provides Rolling for Gold & Silver sheets for Minting Industries.

The rolling machine is made of high grade of steel and pass through the process of hardening and plate with chromium that is both suitable for gold and silver flattening.

Structure: the structure of the rolling mill is a sturdy electro-welded steel frame with double coat baking painting. The cylinders uprights are obtained from spheroidal cast iron.

Rollers: the rollers are made of special alloy steel with a grinded surface hardness W.P.S with mirror nish, hard chromium plating.

Cylinders displacement: manual displacement by hand wheel.

Drive: the rolling mills are driven by a SPEED electric motor. On board there is a control panel that includes all devices of maneuver and control.
