The fiber insulations cool down fast while the firebrick provide longer life for the heating elements, Heating elements located on sides, top, and bottom to the chmaber provided excellent temperature Uniformity. As well as minimum chamber temperature gradient. Heating elements are easily replaceable. Just disconnect and back to open cover. Horizontal open door has maximum access with minimum head room foreasy loading & unloading. Furnace cabinet saved rugged & made of welded steel with a powder coated finish.
