Premium Braided Hose is made from high quality thermoplastic compound and reinforced with high tenacity special quality synthetic yarn crosswise and lengthwise between two layers of PVC and bonded together to make the hose as a homogenous entity for multipurpose industrial applications and for high pressure applications in Liquid and Air conveyance.  Properties :

• FLYING FLEX  Air & Pneumatic Hose (Transparent) : FLYING FLEX  Air & Pneumatic Hose is reinforced with high tenacity yarn to meet the pressure requirements for General Construction Work, Road Building, Tunneling, Metallic and Nonmetallic Ore Mines, in structural Shops with chippling, grinding and riveting appliances, service stations for tyre inflation, for pneumatic tool use industries and for connection to the telephone, shower, hot water geyser, other sanitary fittings and D.C.P. fire extinguisher. Our transparent hose, particularly 20mm ID can be successfully used for rock drilling applications.
• FLYING FLEX  Welding Hose (Red & Blue) : FLYING FLEX  Welding Hose meets all requirements for welding, brazing and cutting operations including oxygen and acetylene welding by hand and machine FLYING FLEX  Red Welding Hose is used for Acetylene while Blue for Oxygen and other Non-Combustible Gases.
• FLYING FLEX  Water Hose (Green) : FLYING FLEX  Water Hose is recommended for general Water Supply in Gardening, Steel Mills and Engineering works, on Construction Sites, Irrigation Projects and wide range of allied applications.
• FLYING FLEX  Super Spray Hose (Yellow) : FLYING FLEX  Super Spray Hose is suitable for high pressure spraying of Water based Chemicals, Insecticides, Fungicides, Weeding etc.in Plantations, Orchards, Forestry, Parks, Vineyard, Maintenance and similar Agricultural Applications involving Spraying by hand or power driven pumps.
• FLYING FLEX  Car Washing Hose (Black) : FLYING FLEX  Car Washing Hose is made of 100% Oil resistant PVC compound and braided with extra strong synthetic yarn to withstand working pressure up to 30 740 Kg/cm2. The outer surface is totally abrasion resistant.
