Series I
These reducers are supplied with lubricant for assembly position B3.
In the event of assembly in any other position, the difference should be adjusted as shown in table No 1.
The oil supplied is long--life and is that indicated on the NAME PLATE.
Should any oil other than that indicated on the NAME PLATE be used, the lubricant contained in the
gearbox should be drained and the gearbox filled to level with the chosen type of oil (amount indicated in table No 1).

Series S
This speed reducer have been constructed for splash lubrication with oil. Unless otherwise specified, the geared units is supplied without oil and it is the responsibility of the customer to fill it to the required level and follow the maintenace instructions accordingly (see tables Nr.3 , 4 and 5 ).

Combined Voltage And Frequency Variation On Load Is I 6%. The Performance Generally Conforms To Above Standards. The Motors Are Available In Ratings Upto 90 Kw/ 120 Hp. 1500 Rpm & 3000 Rpm, In Frame Size Upto 250.

ENCLOSUREAND MOUNTINGMotors Are In Drip-Proof Enclosure Having Degree Of Protection Lp-21 As Per 4691. Top Cover Dome And Metallic Screen Are Specially Designed To Give Protection Against Dripping Liquids And Falling Objects. It Also Prevents Any Possibility Of Accidental Touch To Moving Parts By The Operators. Mounting Flange Dimensions Ofthese Motors Are In Accordance With Is- 2254.The Rigid Construction Of Body And Covers Offers Very Good Mechanical Strength To Spigots And Bearing Housing For Assembly And Dismantling Of Motors.
