Over the years, Hansika Industries has gained expertise in manufacturing and supplying high quality Lifebuoy Light (Model-HI/FL/6V). Designed as per the requirement of Marine industry, the Lifebuoy Light is suitable to be used in ships and small boats along with Life Buoy. The Lifebuoy Light, manufactured by us, is made as per latest International requirements of SOLAS 1973 / 84 and IMO Resolution MSC, 81(70). Technical Specification

• The Lifebuoy Light is having 6V, 3W lamp with minimum duration 2 hrs and gives 2 Candles power output in all direction.
• It flashes at rate of 50 Flasher per minutes, batteries having shelf life more than 5 years.
• Overall dimension is 184 X 76 mm
• Maximum weight is 350 grams approximately.

Construction

• The Life - Buoy is made from ABS Polymer material, lower part of container is provided with Lithium battery and Upper part of the container is provided with light unit and buoyancy chamber.
• It is provided with mounting brackets and provision of rope to attached with Life Buoy.
• The Life Buoy light unit is completely sealed to provide long term storage over a wide range of temperature and humidity conditions and able to withstand shock in case fall from height.

Operation

• On immersion in water, the Life Buoy Light (SI Light) will activate immediately.

• The Life Buoy light is approved by MMD/ DG SHIPPING Mumbai, Govt. of India.

The Lifebuoy light (S I Light) is having LED lamp which gives 2 candles power for more than 2 hrs duration in all direction. It gives 50-70 flashes per minutes. The Lithium batteries is used as power source having more than 5 years shelf life. Approximately overall dimension are 80 mm X 185 mm & maximum weight 260 grams (with bracket 350 grams).

Construction :

TheLife Buoy light (S I Light)body is made from ABS polymer material and lens is made of poly-carbonate material. Lanyard is provided with 2 M long. The lower part of container is provided with Lithium battery and upper part of the container is provided with LED Lamp and buoyancy chamber. It is provided with mounting bracket. The lanyard is provided to attached with Life Buoy Ring. The life Buoy Light is completely sealed to provide long term strong over a vide range of temperature and humidity conditions and able to withstand shock in case of fall from height.Lanyard is provided with 2 M long.

TheLife Buoy light (S I Light)is IRS approved confirming to SOLAS/ IMO requirement, as per latest international requirements of SOLAS 1973 / 84 with Resolution MSC, 48(66) & MSC 81(70) with latest amendments.

Life Buoy Light (Dry Cell Type)Gives 2.0 Cd power for 2 hrs.in all direction of upper hemisphere with 4 nos. D type Alkaline 1.5V batteries are used for operation witch are to be Replace Annually.

• Light flashes between 50-70 Flashes per Minute .It is maintenance free.
• Size:93.0 Dia.*350mm long, Nylon rope length -1.0 mtrs.

Construction:
The body of Life Buoy Light (Dry Cell Type)is made of Hd Polymer while lens is made of poly carbonate materials. A flashing Circuit is provides between Dry cell & LED lamp. A White LED is provided to give more than 2.0 CD power. a Mercury switch is provides for ON / OFF operation .A brackets is provided for easy mounting. A nylon rope is attached at Bottom.

The life Buoy light is approved by IRS Mumbai a notified body in India as per latestSOLAS1974 with latest amendment Requirement. The Light is complying IMO resolution81 (70) & LSA Code 48(66)with latest amendment.
