Peracetic Acid to the clients. Peracetic acid is an oxidizing chemical used in various applications. Peracetic Acid is a liquid sanitizer useful for the food and beverage industry. The no-rinse, non-foaming formula and ability to sanitize at cold temperatures of Peracetic Acid makes it perfect for use in circulation (CIP) clean-in-place systems for food processing equipment. In low concentrations, the Peracetic Acid kills a broad spectrum of microorganisms including gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. The Peracetic Acid is more tolerant to pH, temperature, water hardness and organic soils. The Peracetic Acid decomposes acetic acid, oxygen and water, which do not harm or pollute the environment.
