  • Resistance To Oil-ash Rust, Molten Copper, Lead, Tin
  • Recommended Temperature Range 200-300 Degrees Celsius
  • Oxidation Protection Exceptional At High Temperatures
Hariom Steel is a leading supplier of Slip-On Pipe Flanges, known for their strong corrosion resistance. These flanges are used in a variety of applications, including boiler barriers, furnace parts, tube bases, oil burner components, kiln linings, glass melds, annealing cases, and industrial mufflers. Made from Inconel Alloy, they offer resistance to oil-ash rust and can withstand molten copper, lead, and tin. This material is ideal for furnace components, kiln linings, and heating frames. For heavier construction components, it is recommended to maintain preheating and inter-pass temperatures between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius. Due to its exceptional oxidation protection at high temperatures, it is extensively used in furnace components and boiler baffles. It is the only heat-resistant metal capable of enduring liquid copper and brass.

Weld Neck Flanges

  • Shape Round
  • Heated Work Range 2000°F - 2200°F (1093°C - 1204°C)
  • Minimum Working Temperature 1650°F (899°C)
  • Tempering Temperature Up To 1350°F (732°C)
Hariom Steel is a distinguished supplier of Weld Neck Pipe Flanges, which can be welded using any conventional technique. Its appropriate heated work range is 2000 degrees Fahrenheit to 2200 degrees Fahrenheit (1093 degrees Celsius to 1204 degrees Celsius), but it should not be worked below 1650 degrees Fahrenheit (899 degrees Celsius). Super Duplex Steel Weld Neck Flanges is hard enable steel that can be tempered as high as 1350 degrees Fahrenheit to create high impact toughness and is oxidation resistant up to 1500 degrees Fahrenheit sporadically and 1200 degrees Fahrenheit constantly. Temper for desired rigidity, furnace or air cool to 1750F - 1850F (954C - 1010C), and oil quench for maximum hardness. This steel is typically chosen based on heat treating reaction, mechanical qualities, and fabricating traits, depending on the customer's end-use needs.

Blind Flanges

  • Material High-grade Austenitic Steel With Excellent Rust Resistance
  • Number Of Flower Blind Pipe Flanges
  • Corrosion Resistance Restricted Unless Improved Through Procedures Like Hardening
  • Carbon Concentration High In Inconel Alloy Blind Flanges
Hariom Steels is a distinguished supplier and distributor of Blind Pipe Flanges, which is a high-grade austenitic steel with excellent rust resistance. However, corrosion resistance is restricted unless it is improved further through procedures such as hardening, tempering, and polishing. Because of the high carbon concentration in these Inconel Alloy Blind Flanges, chromium carbide compounds develop, giving exceptional wear protection and edge retention when hardened. However, using this product at these higher operating temperatures results in a significant decrease in tensile strength and hardness, with a following rise in ductility. When heated to 1500 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, they will harden to some extent unless gently chilled to below the crucial temperature. It undergoes heating at temperatures ranging from 1200 to 1400 degrees Fahrenheit (649 to 760 degrees Celsius), followed by air chilling.

Awwa Flanges

  • Material Low Carbon High Alloy Austenitic Steel
  • Number Of Flower AWWA Pipe Flanges
  • Application Applications Requiring Rust Resistance
  • Forming Methods Cold- And Hot-formed
Hariom Steels is a supplier of AWWA Pipe Flanges, made from low carbon high alloy austenitic steel, which is extensively used in applications where rust resistance is essential. Stainless Steel AWWA Flanges can be cold- and hot-formed, but they can only be hardened through cold working, making them challenging to process and prone to work hardening. This product features a mix of chromium and molybdenum, providing enhanced resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion caused by chlorides. It also offers exceptional resilience to stress corrosion cracking compared to other steel types. AWWA Pipe Flanges have a significantly higher rate of thermal expansion than non-alloyed steel, which, combined with lower thermal conductivity, results in greater distortion under thermal stress.

Reducing Flanges

  • Number Of Flower Pipe Flanges
  • Shape Round
  • Corrosion Protection Intermediate To High
  • Resistance Uniform Corrosion
  • Heat Resistance Resilient To Hot Marine Water And Chloride Conditions
Hariom Steels is a distinguished exporter of Reducing Pipe Flanges, which are weldable but can be susceptible to heated fractures. Alloy 20 Reducing Flanges are made from super austenitic steel, designed to offer intermediate to high corrosion protection in various industrial environments. While these flanges exhibit exceptional resilience to hot marine water and chloride conditions, they are not completely immune to severe laboratory tests, such as exposure to boiling magnesium or lithium chlorides. They are generally resistant to uniform corrosion in environments where the corrosion rate remains within acceptable limits. Copper back-up plates can aid in faster heat rejection; however, surface-fusing these plates is not permitted to avoid cracking in the solder metal.

Spectacle Blind Flanges

  • Strength Great Strength And Hardness
  • Corrosion Protection Excellent
  • Nitriding Procedure Can Reduce Corrosion Resistance
  • Recommended Usage Critical Situations
Hariom Steels is a supplier of Spectacle Pipe Flanges, known for their great strength and hardness, as well as excellent corrosion protection. However, the nitriding procedure of these Alloy 20 Spectacle Blind Flanges can reduce corrosion resistance and is generally recommended only in critical situations where the benefits outweigh the drawbacks. These flanges are used in a variety of applications, including cutlery, steam and gas turbine blades, kitchen tools, bolts, nuts, screws, pump and valve components, shafts, mine climbing rigs, dental and medical instruments, nozzles, hardened steel balls, and seats for oil well pumps. Due to its lower strength, it can handle some pressure that might otherwise contribute to element cracking. However, it is not completely resistant to environmental conditions such as aerated saltwater.

Long Weld Neck Flanges

  • Number Of Flower Pipe Flanges
  • Packaging Type Metallic
  • Application Dentistry, Surgical Tools, Pipes, Valves, Automobile Components
  • Corrosion Protection Modest
  • Environment Resistance Moderate
Hariom Steels is a distinguished supplier of Long Weld Neck Pipe Flanges, which are commonly hardened yet remain machinable. Duplex Steel Long Weld Neck Flanges offer modest corrosion protection across various environments, positioned between standard austenitic alloys and highly alloyed molybdenum types. However, they are not entirely impervious to environmental conditions such as aerated saltwater. Due to the tendency of this steel, combined with austenitic weld metal and excessive heat input, to develop heat cracks, it is essential to grind tacks or ensure they are free of crater cracks. These flanges have a wide range of applications, including in dentistry and surgical tools, pipes, valves and nozzles, automobile components, and more.
