In double toggle jaw crushers, the crushing is done by compressing the feed material between two enormous jaw plates. Our double toggle crushers are made up of heavy duty steel plates with reinforcing ribs; the moving jaw compresses the feed against the stationary jaw. As the moving jaw moves up and down, the stationary jaw closes thereby crushing the material to the required size which is generally a cubical product. Because there is no rubbing of parts, the machine automatically compensates for periodic wear and tear.
