1) Steam Operated Outer Body of the kettle is made from 12 SWG sheet & inner vessel of the kettle is made from 10 SWG. Steam operated. The unit is complete fitted with steam trap, pressure gauge, steam release valve, safety valve etc. Complete with tilting Device all mounted on s.s stand complete, cap 50 Ltr. 2) Electric Operated Outer body of the kettle is made from 16 swg sheet & inner vessels of the kettle is made from 14 swg sheet, oil heated fitted with electric heaters of 6 kw (3 x 2 kw each), thermostatically controlled from 50 C to 300 C, complete with tilting device, mounted on S.S stand complete, cap. 50 Ltr. Supplied without oil. 3) Electric Operated with Stirrer The outer and inner wall of the vessel is made from 14 SWG SS 304. The vessel is oil water heated with electrical heater of 6 kw. Thermostatically controlled. The unit is complete with planetary mixer mounted on S.S. channel stand. It is specially designed with slow speed beater rotating in planetary motion at 5060 rpm fitted with reduction gearbox and 1 HP 3 Phase motor. The titling movement of the vessel is hand operated capacity 50 liters. The vessel is mounted on S.S tubler stand. Provided with inlet and outlet provision for jacket. Of oil and water. The lid is also provided (half in 2 No. or slit type with hinge lever) with S.S electrical panel fitted with digital temperature controller indicator instead of thermostat.
