Harshvijay Exim OPC Private Limited is a leading manufacturer and exporter of Disc springs washer according to DIN 2093. DIN 2093 is recenlty replaced by EN 16983. EN 16983 Disc spring washers are made of spring steel, stainless steel, inconel steel. We supply C 80 materail for thickness up to 1 mm and Gradfe 50CrV4 for thickness above 1 mm. Stainless Steel grades are 301, 304 and 17-7 PH. Inconel 718 and Inconel 750 are used for high tempretuate workign conditions. Phoshphated surface finish is done for higher corrostion resistnce in spring steel.
