Leeb Hardness Test Blocks : We offer wide range of Test Block for Digital Portable Hardness Tester of all range and scale. We offer low, medium and high hardness test block with all scale Rockwell, Brinell and Vickers hardness tester.
Using the Genuine Leeb Scales (HL) : The Leeb rebound method was invented in 1975. Since then, Proceq has maintained the genuine Leeb standard HL. That means, a measurement of a sample showing a result of 750 HLD by Proceq in 1975, done with the first generation Equotip, would still deliver the exact same result today, done with the most recent generation. With Equotip test blocks, end users can check if their testers conform with this hardness unit, similarly to using a ruler for length measurements. During a Leeb hardness measurement, an impact body with a hard ball indenter is launched by spring energy against the sample, and then rebounds. The ratio of the rebound velocity vr to the impact velocity vi multiplied by 1000 yields the hardness value HL (Leeb hardness).

Introduction - Ver. 4.0 is A new generation Image analysis Software meant for Metallurgist to do analysis in the simplest way. This is a single screen window based system. The System is flexible, independent to adopt any capture card, camera and Microscope.
Ver. 4.0 can handle monochrome, gray (8 bits) and colour (24 bits) images. Multiple images of any size can be opened and displayed on the screen for analysis or comparison. The software support most common formats like BMP. JPEG, TIFF, PNG, GIF & PSD. The live image can be observed and captured on the same platform. Since the system is made in window environment, graphs and charts displayed on the monitor can be quickly transferred into other window based program like MS Word, MS Excel or any other commercial window based software for the use in reports and presentation

Portable Coating Thickness Gauge NOVOTEST TP-1 – device for operative non-destructive testing of coating Thickness in accordance with standard ISO 2808 with high measurement accuracy.

Electronic Thickness gauge – device which widely used in shipbuilding and automotive industries for measuring the Thickness of paint, in order to test the quality of products, also it used for determining technical condition of the tested objects.
Advantages
Charpy Test : The charpy test piece rests on alloy steel support anvils, fitted on the base of the machine rigidly held in position by Allen screws. End stopper is provided for quickly and accurately locating the test piece centrally between the supports.
Izod Test : The Izod test is clamped vertically in Izod support fitted on the base of the machine. The support is provided with a machined vertical groove to suit the test piece size. The front clamp piece and the Allen screw enable clamping of the test piece in correct height with the help of Izod setting gauge supplied.
Model IT-30 ( ASTM ) : This impact tester offered with 300J energy exclusively for Charpy test confirming to ASTM E-23. This machine is geometrically checked in the works to the more stringent requirements of the American standard. The accuracy of the machine is then verified by PROOF TEST by testing standard test specimens supplied the NIST, USA. Two sets ( Low & high energy-1 Set (4 Nos.) each.) must agree with the normal values within certain tolerance specified.
