We offer Crank Shaft for air cooled compressors, which rotates on heavy duty ball bearings that are hydraulic pressed with axial alignment. This Crank Shaft is dynamically balanced for vibration free working of unit & properly drilled for mounting of centrifugal un-loaders to release pressurized Air / Gas from intercoolers during unload position. Forged heavy duty Crank Shaft is used for water cooled heavy duty compressors. Crank Shaft is machined and ground on main bearing journal & crank pin journal by maintaining diametric and axial tolerance perfectly with main bearing bushing & crank pin bushing. Also it is internally drilled for oil path for proper lubrication & to maintain oil pressure. Crank Shaft is available for both the type of compressors that are air cooled & water cooled unit.
