Process of Grinding MillLess than 25 mm sized minerals are feed into the grinding chamber by the feed roller assembly. The material grinds between the fitted bullring and rotating roller arm assemblies. Because of the force of blower, material is lifted to the whizzer classifier or a double cone separator, where the fine particles of grinded material moves to the cyclone for discharge and the cycle proceeds on.

Work Principle of Roller MillThe material is grinded by pressure and friction between stationary Bull Ring and a rotating roller fitted on Roller Arm Assemblies.

How It WorksThe material is fed by the motorized vibrator to grinding chamber. The Plough fitted on Plough Support with special degree passes the material continuously between the stationary Bull Ring and rotating Roller where grinding happens. The grinded material passes to the Wizer Classifier to classify by the help of Blower. Oversized particles are returned by the classifier to regrind, and fine particles are passes through Wizar Classifier to Cyclone. The final product is collected at the bottom of Cyclone through Rotary Valve. While the air having dust particles is passes from the top of Cyclone to Dust Collector unit where the dust is separated.
