  • Gap between the two walls filled with high quality low thermal mass glass wool insulation.
  • ISI Marked Air Heating elements provided on side walls of the Chamber to maintain temperature uniformity within chamber.
  • Door gasket provided is made of FOOD GRADE SILICON [ Instead of Asbestos rope].
  • Acrylic door provided for viewing of Samples
  • Installed with motorized blower for uniform air circulation.
  • Unit works on 230 V AC, 50 Hz. Supply.

Standard Model HIPL- 002 B
  • Pre-heating chamber & Outer chamber made of Mild Steel [ 20 swg.] duly powder coated and inner chamber made of Stainless Steel LM-304 grade [ 22 swg.].
  • DUAL DISPLAY Digital Temperature Indicating Controller [For Set and Process Value Indication]. The Controller also has a BUILTIN DIGITAL TIMER adjustable upto 999 hrs. to set the sterilization time cycle.
  • Thermostatic Safety High Temperature cut off provided.
  • Rod type Shelves provided are made of Stainless Steel
  • TEMPERATURE RANGE: 5c above ambient to 60c
