this machinery is used for further size reduction of rubber lumps. The hammer mill is fabricated using ms plates having a rotor with blades of en-8 steel. The rotor is mounted on roller bearings on both ends. The machine is mounted on a base plate fabricated with ms channels.
for plants of capacities 10 tonnes/day and 15 tonnes/day:the hammer mill having 48 free swinging hammers made of en8 are assembled in a rotor. The body of the hammer mill is fabricated with ms plates. The bottom screen is provided for discharging the milled rubber to the tank. It has a 40 hp motor with direct belt drive.
for plants of capacity 24 tonnes/day:the hammer mill having 96 free swinging hammers made of en8 are assembled in a rotor. The body of the hammer mill is fabricated with ms plates. The bottom screen is provided for discharging the milled rubber to the tank. It has a 50 hp motor with direct belt drive.
