Production Features
The laser markers of the PowerLine F series are diode-pumped, q-switched fiber lasers with 20 W, 30 W, and 50 W respectively output power, which will mark almost all metals and plastics with high economic efficiency. The space-saving design facilitatesintegration into existing production environments.
In addition to high-speed marking applications, the PowerLine F 50 is perfectly suitable for edge isolation and scribing of solar cells as well as cutting and structuring of metals.

The combination of sealed-off CO2 lasers from the SC-series and the 2 and 3-axis galvo head together with high performance software opens up numerous applications for processing non-metal material.
The excellent beam quality of ROFIN's laser sources provides for quite small spots, which means high power density, even with very large processing field sizes - this is the foundation for high precision and fast procedures. Production Features
The ROFIN MultiScan has been specifically developed to enable simple alphanumeric and/or complex marks containing graphics to be applied to a wide variety of materials. The system can mark stationary items or moving products that need to be coded on the fly. The flexible software allows intelligent data to be placed anywhere within the specified scan area. It also offers an optional facility to generate and download complex graphics and can also produce two-dimensional or traditional bar codes.

Achenbach OPTIFOIL Heavy Gauge (HGS) and Light Gauge (LGS) slitters are complete machines to slit foils of various materials. They slit foil webs up to a width of 2150 mm into narrow strips and are used e.g. for radiator lamination, in condensers and as household foil.

To produce extremely thin foils down to 5 m, two foils are doubled before they can be rolled in a final operating cycle. The Achenbach OPTIFOIL separators AFS are complete machines for separating and possibly slitting the doubled foils after the final rolling process into strips.

Protective Packaging-Air Bubble Film
AIR BUBBLEis a pliable transparent plastic material commonly used for packing fragile items. Regularly spaced, protruding air-filled bubbles provide cushioning for precious items. The bubbles that provide the cushioning for fragile or sensitive objects are available in different sizes, depending on the size of the object being packed, as well as the level of cushioning protection required. Multiple layers might be needed to provide shock and vibration isolation. Thickness starts from 30 micron.
