Medical Pouches- Ritemed CH Family
The Ritemed CH is a servo driven sealing platen machine designed to solve all the production problems especially in the production of see-through pouches and sterilizable rolls. All the parameters of the machine are constantly under control, heating elements can be independently set, pressure is visible and can be set easily from touch screen.
Fast job change and easy set-up combined with high output and perfect quality are the main characteristics of this machine. Chevron (see-through) peelable pouches can be produced using foil, medical grade paper, LDPE, HDPE, Tyvek and combined materials. Thanks to a special medical package tested for clean room environment and to an extended powerful software with innumerable report capabilities the machine is constantly under control for your customer validation.
The Ritemed 600 CH RW model is also capable of producing stertlizable rolls.
