It is capable of compensating large amount axial, lateral or angular movements because it absorbs large amount of vibration. It requires small space for installation. It is also economical and is suitable for temperature upto 80oC and pressure upto 15 kg/cm2. It is made up of EPDM (Ethyl propyl di-methyl), butyl, silicon, synthetic, neoprene, PVC nitrile or natural rubber.
