Functions :
- Diesel engine can be started manually with wired remote switch after the absence of main supply from a distance of up to 5000 meters.
- Just a 1mm 3 core wire is required to control the starting and stopping of generator
- No matter how far the remote is from the main unit and no other cranking relay is required within the wire.
- The ignition will switch On automatically when the generator will start.
- In case the generator stops due any engine fault the ignition will not switch off so that the fault can be visible.
- Diesel engine set stops and ignition also switches off automatically if the engine stops in healthy condition after the resumption of main supply with a delay time of 30 seconds.
- Facility of stopping the generator after the resumption of all three phases is also available in case of three phases.
- Generator can be stopped any time either in the absence of mains supply with remote.
Working Of Buttons :
- Manual Start push is used to start the generator manually.
- Mains on switch is used to stop the generator automatically during the presence of mains.
- Remote Off/On switch is used to control the working of remote.
- Manual Stop push has 2 types of working
- To stop the engine manually when the unit is in manual mode.
- To reset the unit in case of fail to start condition.
