Construction Of Cold Aggregate Feeder :Cold aggregate feeder is mounted on strong chassis and each bin is segregated by a conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is driven by D.C. motor of synchronized variable speed and is connected with a hollow shaft gear box. Hollow shaft gear box feeds the aggregate at a set uniform rate by adjustable bin quadrant gate. The continuous type electronic belt is mounted on conveyor. The electronic belt weighs and feeds the cold aggregate in the drum and signals the bitumen pump for bitumen supply.
