Eot crane ranging from 3 tons to 40 tons capacity

The structure consists of central mast , jib and tie beams (rafters) formed by angles in a lattice structure. The top of mast consists of a vertically rotating journal and tie for connecting the rafters the bottom of mast consists of winch unit on a trolley which is fixed through a vertically rotating journal with a thrust bearing resting on central base which is anchored to the ground through a set of foundation botts. The winch unit consists of two sets of drives for lowering and moving up the jib and moving the load. The winch's load lifting and jib moving function are independent and can be operated simultaneously with electrohydraulic thrustor brakes for braking function.
The rotation is in corporated through a pinion driven by gearbox and motor and supported on bearings. The movement is achieved through a set of pulleys and a double J forged hook for load lifting.
The cranes are built of high quality steel structure to achieve good performance over a long period.

The structure of the overhead traveling crane consists of load bearing box beams with inner stiffening robs. The longitudinal (two) moving heads consists of four steel wheels with double flat band resting on bearings. The lifting trolley is a sturdy frame of channel section stiffened with ribs. The rotary motions are achieved through motors coupled to gear reducers which drives the driving wheel. The control functions are regulated through water and shock resistant push button controller independent from the hoist trolley.

The structural frame of GANTRY CRANE consists of two load bearing box beams fabricated out of steel plates with inner stiffening ribs. The beam are connected together through end boxes and supported by single beam on one side and V shaped double beam on other side the ladder is fitted on one side of legs leading up to a walkway surface with raling. The lifting trolley is a sturdy frame of channel section stiffened with ribs and plates. The load lifting is achieved through a rope drum coupled to gear box and motor and wire rope pulls the load through swivel block with forged hook on bearings.
The gantry crane moves longitudinally on double flat band steel wheel driver through suitable gear boxes and motors. The control functions are through control panel and locked electrically and mechanically and proper limit switches one placed accordingly.
