We offer a complete product range of Sand Castings
and Castingsofferedfeature precision construction standards and are developed using expendable sand molds for forming complex metal parts. The process involves use of Furnace, Metal, Pattern, and Sand Mold with melted metal poured into cavity for forming pattern. Finding suitability for variety of metal components with complex geometries, the casting can be provided in different size & weight for making different components like Crankshafts, Connecting Rods, Gears, Pulleys. Other than this, it also finds use in producing Automobile Components like Engine Manifolds, Cylinder Heads, Engine Blocks among others.
