Aluminium foil heater– the heating wire is glued to aluminium foil. The foil acts as a heat conductor. Aluminium foil heaters have a range of uses due to there flexibility, resistance to moisture, durability to moisture, durability and economical price. Most commonly used frost-free refrigerators. Mirror heaters, is small electrical appliances and defrosting heaters of a different kind depending on the application, temperature required, power density, construction etc.

Starting from low temperature and low power density are PVC wire heaters and aluminium foil heaters where temperature range from -25 to 80 degree c with power density of 8-10 watts/m. Middle range temperature heaters with a temperature range from 40-150 degree c and power density of 30-40 walts/m. High-temperature range heaters are radiant/ quartz/ glass tube heaters with a temperature range of 100 to 800-degree c and power density od 500-800 walts/m.

These Drain Heaters (Hotmatrix Drain Heater) are designed for a variety of applications. In refrigeration processes large number of commodities and food articles are stored at a sub-zero temperature to prevent degradation of quality. This requires a large number of cold rooms having temperature of - 40 o C. when atmospheric air comes in contact with the cold air at door frames; ice is formed at door frames, which jams the doors. Door Heater tapes are fixed in a groove made in the door frames. Door Heaters are PTFE insulated flexible heaters. These Drain Heaters are designed for continuous use to protect drains against ice buildup, which leads to clogging. These Door Heaters can be used on the condensation drain pans, tubes, and troughs of both commercial & domestic refrigerators, air conditioners, Heat Pump Systems and Cold Storage.
