UNIQUE Bearing Fitting Tool Kit Comprises of 36 or 33 Impact Rings made out of Super Tough Light Weight Impact Resistant Ultra High Molecular Polyethylene Rings
Made to fit diverse combination of Impact rings and Impact Sleeves, 3 numbers of Aluminium Impact Sleeve and A Nylon Mallet in a suitable carrying case.
With the above assembly one can mount over 200 types and sizes from 10 mm to 50 mm of Bearings with precision and accuracy.
Each Sleeve can accommodate about 200 mm length projecting shaft.
Selection Chart is provided in each kit to identify easy mounting.
The kit contains 36 or 33 (as required)impact rings of different sizes as perstandard sizes of bearings, 03 impact sleeves and a dead-blow hammerpacket in lightweight carrying case.
Impact rings are marked for clear visual identification of the ringssize and easy selection.
Impact rings and sleeves are made of high impact resistant materialfor longevity.

The easy and convenient and economical way of mountingmedium size bearing is by using UNIQUESPIRALELECTRICAL HEATER. Even today we find quiet a few outdatedmethods being followed and their shortcomings are beinghigh lighted over here. Use of naked flame for e.g. is risky anddoes not ensure uniform heating. If an oil bath is used it may resultin dirt entering the bearing. Dripping of hot oil is not onlyhazardous but also messy. In fact they are against todays ecologicalnormsUse of hammers or other pressing forces may damage the bearingand cut short its life. Thus the ideal solution for medium sizebearing is to heat and mount by UNIQUESPIRAL ELECTRICALHEATER. They are eco friendly.
EASY TO USE:Connect the unit to the suitable electrical pointMount the suitable coil at the center point. And switch on the unit.Select the required temperature.Place the bearing or the heating component on the centering support.Press the start button.The spiral heater does the rest and will automatically switch off when the desired temperature is reached.Removethe heated job by the special hand gloves provided with unit and mount the same in placeFEATURES :The UNIQUESPIRAL HEATER is supplied with heating coils of 1 KW and 75 KW. 1 KW coil is used for heating bearingof bore size 55 mm to 100 mm. The 1.75 KW coil is used for heating the bearings of bore size 100 to 150 mm . The heating coilscan be easily changed since they are just of plug in type. The unit ensures uniform heating through the centering support Thetemperature control sensor is in contact with the inner ring of the bearing. Once the set temperature is reached the same can beseen on the display panel and one can hear the audio alarm signaling the job has been heated. The unit is provided with a microswitch which switches off the current once the job is heated to the set temperature. This is an additional safety feature provided.Apart form bearing couplings, cams rings etc. can also be heated to an accuracy of +I- 2 deg C
