These solid polymer wheels are molded of durable compounds designed for general purpose use. They are furnished with oiless sleeve bearings or straight roller bearings as listed below.Solid Wheel(All Hard)-one-piece wheel of shatter-resistant throughout. Nonmarking, non-sparking, easy oilling, will not develop -set- under static loads.
Solid Wheel recommended for light loads where noise is a factor or floors are rough, but capacity is more limited.
When a choice exists between anti-friction (roller) bearings and friction-type (oilless) bearings, operators of manually-propelled loads near rated capacities will appreciate the better rollability provided by roller bearings.
We manufacture and provide UHMW wheels. Virgin, UHMW wheels are light in weight but have very high load carrying capacity, better compressive strength because of its dense amorphous structure. higher wear resistance as well as high impact strength. .The wheel is constructed from a self-lubricating plastic having high abrasion resistance and a low coefficient of sliding friction. Excellent manuverability, pulling or pushing properties. No effect of chemicals or acids. Do not damage the flooring.
