These systems can be designed for various types of valves. This system consists of Hydraulic Power Pack, Testing Panel, Testing Tables with Manual Jaws, Pneumatic Hydro testing Pumps.
“Hi-Test” make ready to use Hydro Testing System consists of Pump with drive options (Electric Motor or Diesel Engine), Trolley Mounted Base Plate, Tank (MS or SS – Optional), DOL Starter, Pressure Gauge, Coupling Guard, Pressure Relief Valve, Non Return Valve, High Pressure Hose Pipe. This Hydro Testing System is ready to use movable unit that can be moved from place to place for huge size jobs, for jobs placed at different places etc. These ready to use systems are designed to delivery pressure requirements upto 10000 PSI (700 Kg/cm²) pressure.
