Hygiene Plus is a producer of Spunlace Nonwoven in roll Goods in GSM range of 30-80 , in Fibre Composition of Viscose, PET, Cotton, Tencel, PP, PLA in staple fibers, carded and hydro-entangled providing a soft and lofty material. We have set up a  manufacturing facility in effective width of 3200 mm, with state of the Art Technology, fully equipped to  supplying the global industry with innovative solutions for the Hygiene- Wipes and Medical Segments. We maintain highest standards of hygiene at our manufacturing facility to manufacture excellent quality Spunlace Non-Woven Fabrics .

MANUFACTURING PROCESSHygiene Plus produces Nonwoven Material using a spunlace process involving high speed jet of water to entangle fibres so that they knot around one another, thereby transforming the fibres into a nonwoven material with fabric like integrity .
