Blast freezing (or) air-blast freezing is among the most commonly used freezing techniques due to temperature stability and production versatility. Air blast freezers are not readily available off the shelf as packaged units. They usually have to be tailor-made to suit individual requirements. Comes complete with a plug in single or three phase refrigeration [split or unitary] unit.
