Inspired by indonesia’s rich and exotic spices known since the dutch colonialism era, in 2015 prahasti citra founded citratani indonesia. She begins her farm by cultivating chili and several other rare indonesian spices. Located in bondowoso, east java, citratani together with local farmers cultivate and harvest various high-quality ingredients in exotic flavor. The missions are simple; to fulfill the local market needs and to raise indonesia’s farming image to a higher level that it is ready to compete in global market. To complete the missions we process our crop in a way that makes them a more valuable and healthier product. We provide them in dry form, powder or other forms of a process for your convenience in the kitchen.
