Ideal Ozone Solutions Ozonators use the method of corona discharge simulating, in fact a lightning strike which produces it naturally. Corona discharge electrodes powered with high voltage (about 5 kV and higher) produce ozone from oxygen contained in the air. Our ozonators works from external oxygen or dry air as feed gas to produce ozone gas. We also have specially designed mass transfer equipments like venturi injector, static mixer, ozone diffusers, ozone injection system, ozone mixing tank, to dissolve the ozone into the water for achieving the maximum efficiency of the equipment.Our Ozone Generators produce high concentration of ozone, while feeding oxygen as flow gas. It has very good life on ozone cells compared with Air Feed Ozone Generators because of moisture free dry oxygen. We also supply suitable Oxygen generators and skid frames at extra cost.
