DELAY TIMER RELAY MODULE

1. Working voltage: Wide-voltage 530V, two power supply terminal or the interface MicroUSB KF301



2. Operating mode: power supply, the output of the module status: normally open (NO) and the common terminal (COM) open, normally closed (NC) and the common terminal (COM) is turned on.



3. Originating outside the contact (TRIG) to a low pulse signal, or touch button to trigger instant, and relay, work lights, and the status of the relay output: normally open (NO) and the common terminal (COM) is turned on, normally closed (NC) and the common terminal (COM) is disconnected after 0-24 seconds (this time can be adjusted according to your needs) relay is switched off after the bell, then relay back to the state before the trigger.



4. The time can be adjusted by potentiometer, default 0-24 seconds. If you need more time, may be replaced by the larger capacitor (C2) or potentiometer. Delay time formula: T = 1.1RC. For example: Capacitor 22uf resistance 1M T = 1.1 * 0.000022 * 1000000 = 24.2 seconds.



5. With relay indicator.



6. Control: 10A 250VAC (AC), 10A 30VDC (DC) or less load.



7. Has freewheeling protection relay.



8. signal terminal block has a pull-up and design of the filter circuit, anti-jamming capability, suitable for industrial control. Many manufacturers have added optocoupler isolation, but with the trigger signal to the module and not isolation, would not achieve the interference effect. After the test was found to improve the stability of the trigger end to interference, whether in this module under electromagnetic interference environment, or through instant power module, the relay will not malfunction.
