Health is wealth. As per today's situation where people lead a busy and sedentary life style, people hardly find time to prepare and consume food at regular intervals. As a result food products like ready to eat, fast food etc are in market which is in great demand. Intake of such food products leads to ill effects in the body which we have been known through television and newspaper. In the same way, in AYURVEDA we have a treatment named VIRECHANA wherein, by this treatment, the indigested, toxic waste material gets eliminated. Virechana treatment is one among the panchakarma treatment mentioned in Ayurveda. By this treatment we can not only eliminate the toxic indigested material but it also helps in reducing the fat deposition in our body, thus maintaining the health of the person. Now in Naturopathy, we have a treatment named "colon hydrotherapy" wherein from this treatment both the healthy and unhealthy persons can be benefited. Colon hydrotherapy being a medicine, treatment it also helps in maintaining the health of the normal person.
