Virechana treatment is one among the panchakarma treatment mentioned in Ayurveda. By this treatment we can not only eliminate the toxic indigested material but it also helps in reducing the fat deposition in our body, thus maintaining the health of the person. Now in Naturopathy, we have a treatment named "colon hydrotherapy" wherein from this treatment both the healthy and unhealthy persons can be benefited.
