We manufacture and supply premium quality Punched Tape Concertina Coil which is a modern day barbed wire but it differs from the older version due to its excellent quality and long lasting ability. we use premium raw material to manufacture punched tape concertina coil which undergoes stringent tests to ensure its strength and efficiency. our punched tape concertina coil is made up of high tensile wire with numerous sharp-edged barbs fitted at regular intervals. this makes our punched tape concertina coil the perfect product to use for security reasons. designing and technical details :punched tape concertina coil is made up of a core wire of low carbon steel strip having width of 19 mm wide and thickness of 0.5 mm and a high carbon spring steel. it has a chain of sharp barbs punched on both sides of the strip at regular intervals along its length. the punched tape and the core wire are electro galvanized to provide protection against outdoor exposure. the punched tape is mechanically curled over the core wire and then coiled. at various parts of the margin of the coil, steel clips connect the individual turns of the coil to each other. two handles and one spike are given on each side of the spirals to allow easy handling and anchoring of the coil to the ground. the length of the obstacle formed by the coil when opened up is 15 m, with an effective height of 915 mm. the punched tape concertina coil weighs approximately 15.2 kg. each coil is wound with bituminized hessian cloth to provide protective packing.features :accurate grip in barbsdurableeasy to installno maintenance requiredhighly customized featurescorrosion resistantgalvanized finishapplications :industriesnuclear establishmentsmilitary areascommunication towersgovernment lands
