MICROSH is a shredding machine developed specially to provide an efficient and economically viable solution to the challenge of crushing of plastics and rubber based compounds. The MICROSH which was developed with the purpose of achieving size reduction for ABS to below 50 mesh size for better and homogeneous mixing with other compounds to achieve better quality alloys, can be effectively used for the purpose for achieving size reduction and uniformity of different polymers for better and high quality compounding.
The MICROSH uses a specially developed revolutionary method of shredding instead of the traditional crushing method and thereby achieves better size reduction at a faster rate. The MICROSH uses water as a medium during shredding. This not only enables to facilitate the shredding but also helps to efficiently absorb any heat generated during the process and thereby prevent any effect on the properties of the polymer.
The MICROSH comes equipped with a PLC backed automated control system enabling a total user oriented flexibility for cycle time, sequence settings and final product size control.
