Continuous Mesh Belt Furnaces Machine

Indomenhas wide range of Continuous Conveyorized Furnace lines up to 2000 kg/hr with quenching facility and washing machines for the heat treatment of steel hardware, bearings, fasteners, forge parts, castings and aluminum alloy products like cylinder heads and pistons etc. These furnaces can be used for hardening, tempering, carbonitriding, austempering and solution annealing etc. The furnace can be used with neutral/reducing control atmosphere as per the requirement.

The conveyor will be mesh belt type as per the product to be heat treated. The furnace can be electrically heated or fuel (Gas/Oil) fired. The furnace process and sequence will be controlled through PLC based SCADA system which will display the complete heating process, production output, process parameters and location of products. The Temperature control will be thyristorised for electrically heated and PID based control for fuel fired furnaces for better temperature uniformity. The furnaces are designed with high energy efficiency, easy operation with high productivity.

Rotary Hearth Furnace Machine

Indomenhas a full range of Rotary Hearth Furnace up to a capacity of 10 MTPH to offer to the Seamless Steel Pipe, Forging Industries, Rolling Mills, Railway Components and power sector. The billets/blooms are placed horizontally on the hearth. Single/double independent hydraulically operated machines or robots by purchaser can be used for charging and discharging of material one at a time on the rotating hearth. Charging machine will pick-up the material from the Charge Roller Table placed at a particular location and place the material through charge door on the hearth at a predetermined place. Simultaneously, the discharge door will also open-up and the discharging machines will pick-up the hot material from the hearth and deliver the material to a discharge roller table. Both charging and discharging doors shall be driven by dedicated electromechanical/hydraulic drive arrangement. Rotating hearth is fitted with adequate number of supporting rollers in two rows and move over rails anchored to the ground. Centering rollers are placed on the inner side of rotating hearth to prevent lateral displacement. Hearth rotation is made through two numbers electromechanical or hydraulic drive units placed at 180 C apart. Hearth indexing arrangement is provided to stop hearth at stations for charging & discharging simultaneously. The furnaces are either electrically heated or fuel fired with high efficiency burners supported by a full complement of combustion system. To improve fuel efficiency, recuperations for heating combustion air up to 500 C is provided. For customers requiring even more fuel efficiency, regenerator burners can be offered that can give air preheat of 1000 C or more for much higher fuel efficiency.
