We are a renowned firm revered for manufacturing, exporting and supplying a qualitative range of Milk Processing Plant for Dairy Industries. Our Milk Processing Plant has a capacity of 1k-5lac litres per day and can manufacture number of products such as milk powder, ghee, butter, cream, toned milk, double toned milk and skimmed milk. The pasteurized milk produced by our plant can be packed in ½ kg, 1 kg or 2 kg pouches. Adhering with the set food industry norms, we are offering a high tech range of Milk Processing Plant according to our client’s requirement.

Working :

  • Collection of milk from the road milk tankers in a dump tank
  • Milk is chilled uptill 4oC in the chilling unit
  • To get skimmed milk, the chilled milk is then sent to a milk pasteurizer and then the cream is separated from milk by the cream separator
  • Then milk is passed through the homogenizer to equalize the milk particle
  • Milk is standardized into toned milk, double toned milk, skimmed milk or full cream milk depending up on the requirement
  • Later, products like ghee and butter are manufactured from the separated cream
