As its Name Suggestsit is a device used to heat the thermic fluid oil at a given rate and circulate it through the application area. The pump used in this device is of best quality and highly durable and withstand high temperatures. IFHOB has been aided with a set of revolving wheels so that it adds to its mobility and convenient nature. IFHOB comes with an ability to be placed very near to the application area, this is a very big advantage of our IFHOB, by this there are no Pipe line cost, No Maintenance work for long pipe lines, No leakage or insulation problems. In most of the cases our IFHOB gets to the set point at the application area very quickly (Depending up on Model as well as Type of Oil, Distance from IFHOB etc). In the dry course of suppling continuously flesh air and discharging hot air so that the even might be in good condition and kept proper temperature and humidity.It is suitable for heating and solidification, drying and dehydrtion of raw materials in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuff industry, agricultural and sideline products, aquatic products, light industry, heavy industry and so on. The raw materials can be medicines of raw materials, Chinese traditional medicines, tablet of drink, immersed electuary, powder, granule, packing bottle, pigment, dyestuff, dehydration vegetable, dried fruit and melons, banger, plastic resin, electric elements, drying varnish snd so on.

Chemical ovens

The salient features are as follow :Comprises of double walled structure with the inner chamber being made up of aluminum and stainless steel sheet
The outer body is made up of thick mild steel sheet There is a gap of 7.5 cms between the chamber and the body filled with good quality of glass wool for proper insulation
An air ventilator is also provided at the top of the oven to prevent its over heating The chamber has 2/3 adjustable shelves for easy operation
It also has double walled door which is fitted with an automatic roller

Does not have a thermometer but is provided with a continuous variable thermostat which controls the temperature from 10° C above ambient temperature to 250°C within the accuracy of 1°C
A heating element is wounded along with sides and bottom of the oven

Industrial Blowers
