Industrial Filters & Fabrics Pvt Ltd

When we talk about pulse valve, it consists of only one moving part- Diaphragm. Solenoid valve is a uniquely designed spring-less make which facilitates an easy opening and closing of the valve. High-speed operation in the valve helps the shock air wave dislodge the dust from filter bags. Rigorous flow, long life and faster diaphragm action and economical operation. Double diaphragm offers some advantages over single diaphragm valves. Valves are available with various control voltages rating 24V DC/110V AC/230V AV etc. At IFF you will find integral as well as remote solenoid valves which are mounted on a separate enclosure. We offer pulse valves in sizes- 3/4″, 1″, 1½” and 2″, according to customer’s requirements.

IFF is involved in manufacturing and supply of best quality Airslide fabrics that are used for pneumatic conveying for free flowing powder and granulate bulk materials. Various textiles and yarns are used in Airslide fabrics. This enables us to offer the Customers different fabrics with feature like various thicknesses, air permeability, tensile strength & heat resistance. PRODUCT RANGE: Air slide Fabrics are available in three varieties divided into thickness ranging from 1 mm to 12 mm & customized width suitable according to the customer needs. Polyester based Airslide fabrics :  These filter fabrics are solid woven with filament polyester in warp and spun polyester in weft. Polyamide or Nylon based Airslide fabrics :  These fabrics are solid woven with nylon in warp and polyester spun in weft. Cotton based Airslide Fabrics :  Cotton is used in both warp and weft in these solid woven cloth fabrics. SPECIAL FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES IFF focuses on manufacturing of Airslide fabrics by using only highest quality raw materials – selected high strength polyester & cotton fibers. They are also produced according to the special demands of our customers. IFF produces laminated filter bags in India,  laminated filter bags for Indonesia and laminated filter bags for UAE as well. Uniform and best quality raw synthetic materials used in weaving process Full synthetic smooth fibers- 100% Polyester multi-filament fabric Smooth weave and even pores – High strength and temperature treated fibers The weave structure of Airslide fibers results in: High tension weaving Robust & stable weave High weight per M² The choice of suitable fabrics for special applications can be customized by: Type of equipments Type of bulk material, moisture content of the bulk material, particle size, temperature and Environmental influences like outdoor temperature and humidity..

Sequential controller offered by IFF provides a time sequential energization of pilot solenoid valve which is being used in the pulse value assembly. To start and stop the controller two independent methods are provided and the number of sequenced steps can be easily adjusted from 2 to 10 along with the length of time between valves (pulse frequency) and next valve is energized according to pulse duration. Implementation of first method stops the sequence and reset the controller to the first valve position whenever AC power is removed and then reconnected. In the second method, a remote control is used to connect to the terminals and when this connection is opened the sequence automatically stops and when the remote contact is reclosed the same sequences continues and eliminates repeated cleaning of filter bags. The card is protected in steel coating with enamel paint enclosures as per IP65. The fire-proof enclosure can be provided upon request by IFF. The differential pressure switch can work with sequential timer to operate the system in demand mode from a remote location. A unique combination of DP switch controlled sequential timer is provided for processes with variable load during operation .The cleaning is initiated upon reaching high DP and stopped upon achieving low DP .This arrangement saves compressed air and also enhances filter bags’ life. DP switch is not a part of this system. Specially developed designs and sizes of J-Hooks, D-caps and spring assemblies manufactured by IFF work best for all designs of RABH bags. IFF manufactures RABH Bags for India, RABH Bags for Indonesia as well as RABH Bags for UAE. Springs developed by IFF are made up of 17-7PH stainless steel, which is used in moderate to high temperature applications. Various types of springs are offered including -linear, non-linear, single conical and double conical springs. Quick release clamps are also available for quick fixation of filter bags. This reduces down the time required during the bag change-outs. These accessories are available in various sizes between 50 mm to 315 mm. They are made up of stainless steel, which helps reducing the chances of corrosion.

IFF is India’s leading bag cages manufacturer for all major air pollution control systems. It also provides outstanding filter bag in Indonesia as well as filter bag in UAE.  These cages are supplied to OEMs and end users in India as well as across the world. At IFF, we manufacture the best quality filter bag cages from a variety of metals to suit our customers requirements. Additionally these cages may have a specialist coating applied, for critical applications, using advanced techniques. In order to achieve this IFF has invested in ‘state of the art’ machinery backed up with rigorous QA and QC procedures, in line with our ISO Certification. We aim at providing the customers a single source of obtaining filtration products and services with a fully automated and advanced cage designs. To fulfill the customer’s needs on a short notice along with full satisfaction, IFF manufactures a complete range of standard as well as non-standard cage designs with variety configurations like- circular, diamond, oval, flat and star shaped designs. A variety of cages is manufactured from metal-grades of mild steel, stainless steel and other special alloys. There is a specialized platform for manufacturing of cages which automates the production process performed with the help of PLC controlled welding machines to ensure efficient and high quality products. These machines consist of multiple spot heads which help to reduce the lead time to a minimum and increase the production rate. Meticulous QA procedures involving cages and component inspections are carried out in all the stages of production and are implemented. Filter cages manufactured at IFF are safely dispatched across India and abroad.
