The instrument is provided with testing prods, an armature breakdown meter and test light for easily finding defective armature and windings. It has been provided with four cats paws non-revolving expandable support fitted over the single fly cutter of tungstone carbide. It guides the fly cutters steadily at the way down the cylinder bore. As a matter of fact these cats paws centralize the boring bar at any point in the cylinder. The performance of the machine is accurate under all conditions. Even heavy cuts give perfect roundness to the cylinder, thus providing accurate and finest possible finish. With little lapping the pistons and rings can be fitted. The machine stops automatically at the completion of the bore.

We are offering con rod boring machine. Con rod boring and grinding machine by imtc has purposely been studies both for machine of new and reconditioning of worn connecting rods. It is essentially made out of bed, two heads, (one head for boring and other head for planetary motion), table with manual and two automatic feeds and easy control for holding the connecting to be machined. The planetary motion grinding head is featured by the possibility to adjust accentricity of wheel for the diameter which is to be grinded. There is an expending jaws spindle for setting up connecting rod on the square having two sets of jaws. The parallelism between small end and big end is guaranteed with this system, the operator should only take care of tool setting and truing of hole to be bored. When designing the machine a quite particular attention has been paid to the boring tool, setting fixture with a view to making it simple, handy and above all accurate. Some time it comes in handy to use a special cross traverse table in line of the square witch making setting up and positioning work piece much easier.

The crane has a double pulley, double wire rope or double chain type. The crane is provided with two castor wheels at the rear and two fixed wheels at the front.
