Dimensions
The bi-metallic element consists of two strips of different metals, with different thermal expansion coefficients, inseparably joined together. This strip is spirally or helically wound with one end fixed to the body of the thermometer, and the other attached to the axis of a pointer. The Bimetal element directly drives pointer, eliminating gears and linkage. Temperature variation influences the bi-metallic strip such as to rotate the pointer; this rotation is indicated on a dial.

Model LV36 Hydrostatic liquid level transducers and transmitters with flush diaphragm is designed for a wide variety of level measurement applications. This model pressure sensor and is protected by the stainless steel (SS) housing. Featuring the flush diaphragm makes the LV36 suitable to measure viscous media or media with small particles, so as to have diverse measurement applications.The standard reference pressure is gauge (or relative) pressure realized through a vent tube in the cable. The reference pressure can also be absolute pressure on request.The measuring range of LV36 transmitters spans from 01 to 0200 meter water column (mH2O) withmeasuring accuracy of 0.5%fs (fs = full scale). The output signal of transmitters can be configured toeither current loop (420mA, standard), voltage output (0.54.5V, 15V), or digital output (I2C orSPI). The millivolt signal directly from the Wheatstone ridge circuit is also available on request(transducer version).

Miniature Head Mount Two wire Temperature Transmitter Model LTX-3000-H, which accepts (Pt-100) or thermocouple or variable resistance signal as the input and provides dc current output of (4-20) mA proportional to mV or resistance values. These transmitters are extensively used to minimize the effect of electrical noise and to eliminate the need of long runs of special compensating and three wire cables since ordinary pair of copper wires can easily be used to transmit the measured temperature without the drop or loss of signal.

Applications
The traditional method for measuring the flow of air blown up through a grain heap. Suited to under-floor systems and blowing fans, the meter is used to confirm that there is adequate flow of air emitting from the surface of the grain. Ventilated grain ensures that the moisture content of the stored grain is kept within a safe limit by the steady flow of air through the grain. The INDUS Crop Airflow Meter for grain is an essential instrument for the successful storage of grain in bulk where under-floor blowing systems are in use.
Principle of operation
A lightweight float, made from a thin aluminium disc, moves up and down a tapered transparent tube. A wire running through the centre holds the float in place. The float has been designed to spin, removing possible errors by reducing friction. Air passing up the tube supports the float at a height where its weight is balanced by the pressure drop of the air. A scale on front side gives the flow rate in ft/min. On the opposite side of the tube is a white strip to aid reading the flow rate.

Thermocouples are temperature sensors made up of two dissimilar metals which are joined at one end forming a hot junction and the open wire end acting as the cold junction, the hot junction is in contact with the process. When the measuring point i.e. hot junction gets heated there is an EMF produced at the cold junction, due to difference in electron density of the two dissimilar metals and the temperature difference between cold end and hot end.
Depending on an application's process temperature range, accuracy specifications, and material compatibility, our sensors are available in Type K thermocouples, Type J thermocouples, Type E thermocouples, Type T thermocouples, Type S thermocouples, Type R thermocouples, and other dissimilar metal combinations. We manufacture thermocouple temperature sensors that can be designed with grounded or ungrounded junctions and housed in insulated sheath materials that are designed for best form fit in the applications.
RTD’s
Resistance thermometer use metals that alter their electric resistance when heated. Platinum is the most commonly used material for industrial RTD. However, Copper and Nickel are also used for some applications

Thermocouple types are composed of common, inexpensive metals such as nickel, iron and copper. The thermocouple types J, K, R & S are of this group and are the most commonly used type of thermocouple.
