Horizontal Autoclave

Innovative Horizontal Autoclave is triple walled with steam jacket and separate boiler. Inner chamber and steam jacket are made out ofHeavy gauge S.S. sheet with leak proof argon welding. The Autoclave has single piece door made of stainless steel. Back plate and rising is also made of thick stainless steel sheet. All the Autoclaves are hydraulically tested to withstanding 2.5 times the working pressure. Mounted on tubular steel frame with ground leveling screwed flanges. The Outer jacket is wrapped with asbestos sheet or glass wool to minimize the heat losses due to radiation and is covered by polished stainless steel for the elegant appearance.

Vertical Autoclave

Vertical Autoclave (High pressure with radial locking system)

INNOVATIVE Vertical Autoclave with (Radial Locking System) automatic controls and safeguards to manage daily sterilization in the Hospitals and Clinics. Vertical Autoclave is made out of total medical grade stainless steel (16 Gauge) and all part also made of S.S. and top lid is die pressed 6mm tick solid S.S. plate and polished for the elegant appearance. This Autoclave is equipped with Radial LockingSystem as well as low water level cut off system. When water level falls down the required level, the equipment automatically disconnects power supply to protect the elements from burning out and it is dry fitted with water gauge glass for water level indication, water inlet and outlet valves. The Vertical Autoclave has pressure control device incorporated. It economizes power consumption as it cuts off the power supply to heaters when the pressure is achieved at 20psi and re-energies the heating elements when pressure falls below the set point. The Vertical Autoclave front panel is provided with working pilot lamps, pressure gauge and timer for sterilizing, switch for selection process and sterilization and two Alarm buzzers to indicate the ending of the process and other one is for indicating the completion of sterilization.
